Job duties: Obtain and distribute product; use knife to cut oyster from shell; discard shell; inspect meat for blemishes & remove/discard; separate processed meat by size or quality & place oyster in containers; assist with cleaning & sanitizing production area at end of shift. Lift/carry up to 50lbs as needed. 35hpw,6:00am–2:00pmMon-Fri; work extended daily hours and weekends when necessary. No infectious diseases; seafood allergies may be fatal. No experience/ no education. Work is supervised. Employer provides 1 week on the job training. After 1 week on the job training, worker is expected to shuck 1 gallon of oysters per hour.
