Job duties: Soccer instructors will conduct youth athletic activies with groups in public, private, or volunteer agencies or recreation facilities. Soccer instructors will organize and promote youth soccer activities, taking into account the needs and interests of individual participants, in camp settings, childcare facilities, afterschool programs, and soccer organizations. Soccer instructors will be responsible for the delivery of programs to their designated age groups, which includes greeting new arrivals, introducing them to other participantes, explaining facility rules, and encouraging participation. Will report directly to the Regional Director at Challenger Sports Corp. This position requires an Associate's Degree in Physical Education, Sport and Leisure, or related field, or alternatively, a soccer (European Football) coaching license or certificate. Daily transportation is not provided to and from worksite. On-the-job training is not provided. Schedule: 35hr/wek. work schedule can vary and can include evening and weekend hours. Work may be performed on any day of the week from Monday through Sunday. Work hours are from 2pm-9pm and may vary.
